WOMP WOMP.
My arms are sore and my legs feel like jell-o - but in a good way. I need this and I just need to keep telling myself that I can do it. I'm not a pro and I'm sure that I look like a dork but that's okay ... I'm good with that.
For a recap:
- push-ups and I aren't on good terms - I don't have any upper body strength.
- wall squats - they're okay, I can do them but don't like them.
- one leg sit N stands - now these are my enemy! Guess that means they are good for me?!?
