7/24

I did it!  Day 1 and 2 of http://www.tinareale.com/best-body-bootcamp/ down - complete!!
WOMP WOMP. 

My arms are sore and my legs feel like jell-o - but in a good way.  I need this and I just need to keep telling myself that I can do it.  I'm not a pro and I'm sure that I look like a dork but that's okay ... I'm good with that.

For a recap:
  • push-ups and I aren't on good terms - I don't have any upper body strength.
  • wall squats - they're okay, I can do them but don't like them.
  • one leg sit N stands - now these are my enemy!  Guess that means they are good for me?!?
We'll see what tomorrow brings!
