Okay, I am aggravated today. My weekly weigh in shows an increase of 0.8 LB and not sure how that happened. I have been working out faithfully and sticking to healthy eating...WHAT GIVES? Maybe I should increase my calorie intake for this week and see if that has an impact. I'm just at a loss here.
I'm also stressing Katy's move tomorrow - I am not ready forher to move out. Is a mother ever ready for their child to move out of the nest? I am not thrilled with her living arrangement but I have voiced my opinion and she is almost 19.
I won't complain any more. Today is a new day and I will make the most if it.
